We cultivate native cultivars with respect for the land and tradition, creating an elegant, natural, and distinctive product. Il nostro olio si presenta con un colore verde intenso con riflessi dorati, profumi erbacei con sentori di carciofo, erba tagliata e pomodoro verde. Al gusto spiccano equilibrio e intensità media tra amaro e piccante, con un retrogusto persistente di mandorla amara e rucola.

An Authentic and Harmonious Experience

Our oil presents a deep green color with golden reflections, herbaceous aromas with hints of artichoke, freshly cut grass, and green tomato. On the palate, it showcases balance and medium intensity between bitterness and spiciness, with a persistent aftertaste of bitter almond and arugula.
